Our FHA Approval Assistance service includes all of the materials required to get your business FHA approved and our expertise as a liaison between you and those with approval authority at HUD. In addition to providing you with our FHA Application Kit, we will: > Prepare a fully completed application form ready for your signature > Provide necessary documents (prepared specifically for your company) for submission to HUD > Review all documents for correctness, keeping a careful watch for things that would prevent HUD approval or cause your application to be conditioned for further documentation or explanation > Monitor your application throughout the approval process and responding to HUD questions or concerns regarding your approval |

Have a senior company officer with at least 3 years of experience originating and/or processing mortgage loans 3. Have a $1M warehouse line 4. Have E&O insurance 5. Have a fidelity bond 6. Have an office in a commercial location separate and apart from any other entity 7. Have signage outside
